Saints still conquer!
Especially when you're talking about John Bush and Armored Saint.
La Raza, the first all-new studio album of Armored Saint material in 10 years, will be on the shelves here in the U.S. on March 16th, and let me tell you, this album was worth the wait! "Loose Cannon" is a strong album opener that immediately made me think what a great setlist opener it would be! Hopefully the Saint boys are thinking something similar in regards to simply touring a bit to support La Raza. I can't imagine that they wouldn't do at least 15-20 shows to get the word out about this release, but I guess we'll find out soon.
Metal Blade Records currently has a pre-order special that will net you a copy of the album and an Armored Saint t-shirt, all in one handy package - bonus points, the t-shirt doesn't suck!
It's good to hear John Bush back behind a microphone again - with the release of La Raza and potential additional activity on tap with Anthrax, there's a good chance that it will be a year full of music for John Bush fans to enjoy. We'll take it!
